How we protect your data

Encrypted everywhere it travels
Your call notes are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored at rest using AES-256 — the same standard used by banks and healthcare systems. We run on AWS (us-east-1) and Supabase, both SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data never moves unencrypted.

AI that doesn't remember you
We use Anthropic's Claude API to analyze your calls. Anthropic operates under a zero-retention policy for API inputs — your call notes are processed and immediately discarded. They are never used to train AI models. This is a meaningful difference from consumer AI tools like ChatGPT, which may retain your inputs by default.

Only you see your notes
Raw call notes are private to your account. On a Team plan, your Sales Leader can see analysis scores, gate results, and coaching flags — but never the actual words you pasted. Your transcript stays yours. Administrators see aggregated performance data, not individual call content.

Your company owns team data
When you use the Hyvara Network as part of a team account, analysis records and qualification history are associated with your organization's workspace — not your personal account. If a rep leaves, their deal context stays with the team. Six months of qualification intelligence doesn't walk out the door when someone does.

Your kill switch
Delete any individual analysis instantly from My Analyses. Cancel your subscription and your personal data is retained for 60 days — enough time to change your mind — then permanently deleted. To wipe everything immediately, email privacy@hyvara.ai and we'll confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.

Third-party providers we trust
We use a small number of vetted vendors: Supabase (database, SOC 2 Type II), Anthropic (AI processing, zero-retention), Stripe (payments, PCI DSS Level 1), and Resend (transactional email). None of these providers receive your raw call content except Anthropic, which processes it transiently under zero-retention.

The honest comparison

You're already trusting cloud systems with this data
Your call notes already flow through Salesforce (AWS), Gong (AWS), Outlook (Microsoft Azure), and Slack (AWS). Hyvara Network adds one more touchpoint — with a stricter data policy than most of those tools. We're explicit about every hop, Anthropic discards your input immediately, and we never sell your data or use it to train models. If you trust your CRM, you can trust the Hyvara Network.
