- Log data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device information, including hardware model and operating system
- Usage data, including features accessed and actions taken within the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

- Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices

- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@hyvara.ai. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. 7. Third-Party AI Processing
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API to process call transcripts and generate sales intelligence. Content you submit for analysis may be processed by Anthropic's systems in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not submit personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the Service to function.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@hyvara.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.
